Shelby C. Byler, D.D.S.

Dr. Shelby Byler was raised right here in Lincoln, NE. After graduating from Lincoln Southeast High School, she attended the University of Kansas. She graduated from the University of Kansas where she received her Bachelor of Science degrees in Biology and Spanish. She earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Nebraska Medical Center College of Dentistry. After graduation, she went into practice with Dr. Jim Moran, who gave her the opportunity to take over his practice when he retired.

Dr. Byler is a member of the American Dental Association, Nebraska Dental Association, and the Lincoln District Dental Association. She believes in giving back to the dental community and volunteers, giving dental education presentations to schools, and providing dental screening exams to elementary students.

Dr. Byler met her husband, Jason, at the University of Kansas. They have a daughter, Berkley, and a son, Pierce. Dr. Byler and her family enjoy spending time outdoors and are very avid Kansas Jayhawk basketball fans.

Sheila Hicken – Office Manager / Certified Dental Assistant

Sheila has been in the field of dentistry for 37 years, and 25 of those years have been with our practice. Sheila and her husband, Bob, have a son, Alex. They enjoy spending time outdoors and attending their son’s football, wrestling, and trap activities. They also enjoy Husker football.

Donnell Nicholas – Dental Assistant

Donnell is the main dental assistant. She has been a dental assistant for 32 years and has been with our practice for 26 years. She began her dental assisting career in her hometown of Oahu, Hawaii. Donnell and her husband, Rene, have 2 children, Tyler and Lea. They love spending time with their family and their two darling granddaughters.

Calley Stamp–Fedde – Registered Dental Hygienist

Calley is one of our fabulous hygienists. She received her degree in dental hygiene from Iowa Western in 2016. Calley joined our practice in 2017.  Calley and her husband, Jeremy, enjoy spending time with their family – outdoors and at the lake. They keep very busy with their sons Porter and Macklin.

Stephanie Esteves – Administrative Assistant/Chairside Dental Assistant

Stephanie has been in the dental field for 30 years and 22 of those years have been with our practice.  Stephanie enjoys time outdoors walking her German Shepard, Koa, and gardening. Although most of her free time now is spent with her darling two grandsons!

Tiffani Dow – Registered Dental Hygienist

Tiffani is originally from Milford, NE, and received her Bachelor of Science degree in Dental Hygiene from the University of Nebraska Medical Center – College of Dentistry in 2007.

Tiffani and her husband, Matt, have been married for 10 years.  They are part owners of the store Nutrition Authority.   Fitness, nutrition, and working out are a large part of their lives.  They have 2 fur babies, Tina and Tomas.  In their free time, they love to travel and spend time with family.
